Montesquieu Wine Ports

Montesquieu Wines brings you the 1999 Ferreira Vintage Port,: From Ferreira in Portugal, this is their 250 year anniversary bottle from special vintage year 1999. Bright and intense, this port contains the aromas of ultra-ripe concentrated fruits and chocolate. Deep and powerful, a discerning palate will identify caramel, chocolate, figs, and sweet honeycomb. The flavors are muted or “cloaked” by a soft velvety texture (but we're no snobs!).
Also from Montesquieu Wine Brokers, the Tuke Holdsworth Vintage Port is well worth your while. Tuke Holdsworth declares only 2% of an outstanding vintage year to be declared as a vintage port. To judge from their site, Montesquieu apparently has many such relationships with vineyards around the world, and you can book your wines with them in advance of a great season. This port comes from a single crop bottled two years after a fine, fine harvest. Silky and fresh in the mouth, nuts, berries and a whisper of raisin are all to be found inside.
